GLOBAL CO-CREATION EXPERIMENT

Pasted Graphic

Boblr was picked by the leading Danish universities as one of the partners in CBI - Community-Based Innovation together with other first mover companies. CBI aims to be a front runner in the filed of community-based innovation.

As Boblr is constantly looking for best practices for our business model, our vision of the partnership was to create next practices on Boblr 2.0. No more - not less!

We are proud of our business model today - with a focus on connecting great brands with the best talents around the world.
To give creative talents a chance to work on global projects - and for great brands to try out new agencies or solitude designers without risk.

BOBLR BUSINESS MODEL TODAY

However, knowing the importance of a design process and team works, we asked ourselves in the consortium, if we could transfer the values of a traditional design process to a collaboration between several creatives - in an open global environment.
Still with Boblr’s believe in high quality, great brands and value for efforts!

BOBLRS VISION WITH CBI

THE CHALLENGE EXPERIMENT
In the experiment Boblr has worked with MUUSE another partner of CBI with an innovative platform for designers from top fashion schools connecting to people who love fashion.

Together we were seeking talents who would like to be selected and participate in our experiment on global co-creation.
They presented themselves on the talent site, and a captain cherry-picked the most exciting profiles to his or her global team.

For several weeks, the teams competed in our challenge to develop innovative ideas for a pop-up retail presence for MUUSE.

You can read more about the experiment and the challenge here.

The co-creation was global, and the design process was happening globally and online!
To encourage this new way of collaborating, we inspired the teams with online tools.

The process was truly fun and enlightening!
And a great foundation to create best practices on enterprise 2.0 and research into community-based innovation.

The winner team was chosen - a team, which had been working together across 3 continents and 3 time zones:

Brisbane in Australia

Christiansfeld in Denmark

Hong Kong in China
